Britney Spears' father is said to be receiving $16,000 a month from his daughter's earnings.

 As if we needed another reason to hate Jamie Spears, Britney Spears' new lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, who recently filed a petition to have Jamie removed as the conservator of his daughter's estate, revealed that Jamie has allegedly been paying himself $16,000 per month for the past 12 years... from Britney's bank account.

Jamie began paying himself a $16,000-per-month salary in 2009, nearly a year after he became the custodian of his daughter's estate, according to the now-public paperwork Rosengart submitted on Monday, July 26th. And that pay is higher than the monthly stipend he has given Britney (again, this is an allowance of her own money).

According to Insider, "Mr. Spears has gained handsomely off his daughter's conservatorship." "By way of example, Mr. Spears has been paying himself $16,000 a month from Ms. Spears's Estate since at least 2009, $2,000 more than he has allotted to Ms. Spears."

But wait, there's more: according to the filing, "Mr. Spears also pays himself an additional $2,000 per month for office expenditures – again, from Ms. Spears' Estate." On the side of our faces, there are flames...


According to the petition, Jamie has also accepted a commission from his daughters' performances in past years.
